1. Reports overview.
There are two places where reports can be found, both have links on the top menubar. One is the payroll link for payroll related reports and all others are found from the reports link.
Both screens are similar and look like the page on the right.
To run a report select the start and end date, choose the report, and click the "View Reports Page" button. The selected report will be returned.
Below is a list of all reports that can currently be run.
Most of the reports will be discussed here.
2. Technician loan payments.

The options to make loan payments or create a new loan can be started from this screen.
3. Technician jobs list.

At the bottom of the screen is a listing of all contractor pay periods occuring within the given dates.
4. Work order payment summary and detail.
The "payments Summary" report is an accounts receivable and payments summary for each provider in the system.
The payments are broken down in three parts: work, equipment, and return authorizations. Amounts are provided individually for each in the report.
The report below is the work order payments detail listing for "All Payments".
Each work order with work performed will have an entry in this report.
The work is itemized in the left column and the equipment installed is itemized on the right.
Once payment information is uploaded to the system and matched to the specific work order, the total amount and payment details are printed on the screen. If no payment is matched then "No Payments Found" will be hilighted in pink on the screen.
The "Add to Reconcile List" link is for work that has not been credited properly by the provider. Click "Add to Reconcile List" to denote that you are actively trying to resolve the payment information with the provider. Later a list of reconciled work can be obtained as a report.
The other options for the payment detail reports are viewing the reconcile list or the difference list. The reconcile list prints only the work orders that are marked as reconcile. The difference list prints all work orders that have differences in the amount expected vs what has been paid.
